Exchange Policy
In order to provide a better shopping experience for customers, we have an exchange policy for products purchased at Fox Racing Vietnam as follows:
- Cases of exchange of products:
1.1. In case you need to change the size: Customers can change the size of the purchased product by contacting our Customer Service department within 7 days from the day of purchasing on the receipt.
1.2. In case of manufacturer defect: You can exchange by contacting our Customer Service department within 30 days from the day of purchasing on the receipt.
- Non-exchangeable cases:
- Products sold with promotion applied (discounted items, free gifts) from Fox Racing Vietnam.
- Collectible products (eg stickers).
- Products that have been exchanged before.
- Conditions of exchange:
To be eligible for the exchange policy, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Labels and boxes (if any).
- Unworn, unwashed, unmodified in any way.
- Exchange process:
For assistance with exchange, please contact Fox Racing Customer Service at hotline 091 550 4067 or bring it to the nearest showroom (list attached below) within 7 days ( for the case of need to change the size) and 30 days (for the case of a manufacturer defect).
- Shipping fee:
- For products that need to be exchanged, please bring the product to the nearest showroom (the list is attached below), or send the product to Fox Racing Vietnam according to the instructions of Customer Service.
- Fox Racing Vietnam will send the product (changed) to customers and complimentary shipping.
- Exchange for another product & refund:
- In case that the exchanged product is not available in the required size or for other reasons accepted by Fox Racing Vietnam, you can exchange it for other products available at Fox Racing Vietnam.
- If the exchanged product has a higher price than the original product, the difference rate will be settled by the customer.
- If the exchanged product has a lower price than the original product, the difference rate is not applied. The customer can use the different amount to purchase other products on the exchange date.
